| Litter Pick Up (Adopt-A-Highway) |

| MDOT's (Michigan Department Of Transportation) Adopt-A-Highway Program was established in 1990 to improve the beauty of our highway roadsides with community help.
|
|
|
| The Youth Group participates in litter pickups along the "adopted" stretch of roadway (I-94 highway from Platt Road E to US-12). Litter pick up is done two times a year and the dates are set by MDOT. MDOT provides the trash bags, orange safety vests and MDOT arranges for pick up of the filled bags.
