"“Faith in God is to strengthen your faith in you, the faith in your own Self. This is, in other words, called Self-confidence, confidence in your own Self. If that is not there, you cannot succeed in life."

“In reality, Nature is nothing but God's visible form which we can behold and experience through our senses. Indeed, by loving and serving Nature, we are worshipping God Himself." - Amma

Litter Pick Up (Adopt-A-Highway)

MDOT's (Michigan Department Of Transportation) Adopt-A-Highway Program was established in 1990 to improve the beauty of our highway roadsides with community help.

The Youth Group participates in litter pickups along the "adopted" stretch of roadway (I-94 highway from Platt Road E to US-12). Litter pick up is done two times a year and the dates are set by MDOT. MDOT provides the trash bags, orange safety vests and MDOT arranges for pick up of the filled bags.
